Winter in a Kyiv flat without power: homegen sizes backup power for a family's devices and outage schedule (energy per outage window, inverter, battery, hours of autonomy, recharge in the on-window); citygen finds providers on the user's own bank of the Dnipro without cross-river routing.
Numbers come from the homegen backup_power_plan and citygen nearby_providers engines on example inputs. Apartment heating is not calculated: the engines have no heating rules. The provider directory on the site is a fictional SAMPLE. The service does not know the current state of bridges or air-raid alerts.
