Building pumps, pressure and hot water depend on the building and the water utility. The engines have no rules or data for this — so no promises. Ask your condominium or building manager.
Hob
The engine does not count a gas hob
In the engine's catalogue a gas hob is not an electric device. Whether it lights without power (electric ignition, flame control) — see your hob's datasheet. An induction hob is counted: pick “+ induction hob” and watch the inverter grow.

Questions
How much energy does one outage need?
For a family of three with the basic set (fridge, router, lamps, chargers, laptops) and 4 h without power, the homegen engine counts 0.42 kWh per outage window. Your own household, devices and schedule are in the calculator above.
Will the site show me how to get to the other bank?
No. Search covers your own bank only: in the sample directory the left bank has providers in 3 of 6 categories, the right bank in 3 of 6. Where it is empty, we say so. Check bridges and alerts in «Kyiv Digital» and «Air Alert».
Can the battery live on the balcony?
The engine checks battery temperature: at -5 °C a LiFePO4 battery does not charge — no class fits. Keep the battery in a warm room.
What about heat without central heating?
We do not calculate it: the engines have no heating rules, so we promise no temperatures. We only count a gas boiler or a heater as a load on the backup.
Where do the numbers come from, and how exact are they?
From the homegen and citygen engines; examples computed on Oct 6, 2026. Class prices are indicative ranges, some sources are marked “data under review”. A concept, not a design: a licensed electrician does the wiring.
